Hi,

 Yay! I got my purchase from Mangaya, it got here 
pretty quickly *Cheers to Mangaya ^_^* But, it 
doesn't have a sequence number...is it a 
legitimate cel? Where the sequence number should 
be her hair is flowing, is that why they did'nt 
put it on there? Need help please! Thanks! I 
totally did'nt notice when I bought it, I thought 
maybe they cut the scan off. But, in the 
description it did say it was cut from an 
oversized cel, by the way this is from Sailor 
Moon.
