It has been VERY frustrating trying to find a way to do 
image captures of DVDs and even running VCDs, but 
I've found the solution! (thank goodness for rotten 
weather and a new ibook names Chii)  It's not a super 
easy solution but it works! Download a VLC media 
player and use Finders Grab and you too will finally be 
able to post the screen shots of your cels in your 
galleries!   Dancing around thinking about finally being 
able to create copied backgrounds!   If your interested
