Hi all,

I want to be able to make screen captures of my 
cels from my DVDs with my computer. However, my 
DVD player in my computer has finally "locked" 
itself into one region (unfortunately region 2, 
so now I can't play my region 1 DVDs! Grr!)

I was wondering if anyone knew of a Region-Free 
computer DVD Player for a PC? I've got a PIII, 
plenty of memory, etc. I can support SCSI too.
