Has anyone dealt with middle man/buying services 
for anime cels?  I wanted to buy an anime cel 
from Yahoo! Japan, but I really didn't want to 
set up a separate bank account for this.  So I 
happened to come across this one service from the 
site www.celga.com where they bid and take care 
of the transactions for a service fee.  Has 
anyone ever gone through them?  How reliable are 
they?
