I just found cels from this series, the same 
characters, for sale at a dealers gallery.  It 
was in Japanese, but AltaVista roughly 
translated the title as 'Animal Classroom'.  
Unforunately, not only is AltaVista not that 
great at translating, but their was still one 
character of Japanese before the english name.  
Hope that helped (and thank goodness for 
dealers, otherwise some of us might never get 
cels ID'ed)
