Hey, have you ever thought of putting your cels 
on Rubberslug?  I dunno if you already have a 
site there or not, but that would definitely fix 
that annoying bandwidth limit geocities so 
gratiously slaps upon its free member sites.  I 
used to have my main site on geocities, but 
moved completely over to Rubberslug and have 
been happy there ever since.  =)
