I've read up Pierrot site that they used to have 
something like a lucky draw for Bleach. Now, 
they're currently featuring Naruto. But it's not 
my cup of tea.

I've seen some Bleach rilezu cels before. 
Especially on Rubberslug, but it's so limited 
unlike Tactics, Kyo Kara Maoh and Mirage of 
Blaze.
