fuzz the cel dealer i think he it's not in the 
bussiness anymore,and the price belongs to 1998
when dragonball it wasn't the huge hit that it's 
now.i tell you this because i bought some 
dragonball cel to this dealer a bargain price 
back in 98 in the SD comic-con and also on 
line,at www.fuzz.net.
