I've got some cels from some Jay&Silent Bob
cartoons (digitally colored but hand drawn on
animation paper).  The animation studio has never
sold any of them before and keep them in a vault,
they have been nice enough to give me a few.  So
this will probably be the only time you will ever
see these cels offered.
