It's clearly stated in the auction that it's a 
fancel, and she said that it was made from a 
screencap. Without comparing your friend's cel to 
her cel, it would be difficult to tell if that's 
true or not--- you can tell by the way the lines 
are extended past what was filmed.

But the fancel witch-hunt is getting a little 
tiring, please. :o)
