Well, interest rates are dirt-cheap, so we decided
to refinance the house.  :)  Talk about a great
opportunity to save some money.

But geez, the paperwork!  I was just
re-re-rereading it this morning, and I swear, it's
in a whole different language.  Legalspeak, I
suppose.  There's enough "party of the first part"
and "party of the second part" in here to make me
crave a party of the booze variety.

So in celebration of all the arcane paperwork
involved in this time of year (hands up, everyone
who still needs to do taxes!), I wanna see your
bemused, perplexed, and befuddled characters!
