i've never before seen a cel that had so many 
background layers!  there is 5 cel layers, and 
about 3 watercolored layers to this ayashi no 
ceres pan cel, but the middle one was the 
funkiest:



the layer of pillars overlaying the aquarium on 
the left isn't actually a full layer of 
anything.  strangely enough, the space in 
between the pillars was cut out so you could see 
the fish, and then the layer itself was taped to 
the cel layer with the fish.  ever got a cel 
like this?
