NICHIBEI ANIME CLUB has this and another cel on
eBay which has Sakura and Cammy from Street
Fighter.
I've never seen Sakura in an anime other than 
Street Fighter Zero/Alfa.
Although Street Fighter Zero 2 is in the making, 
I doubt the animation would be this… bad.

Does anyone have a clue where this came from.
The cels look legit so I doubt there fake...
