I usually mat my own cels, but it's a fairly long 
and involved process involving ways of securing 
the cels but making sure no tape is actually 
*touching* the cels and attaching a seperate 
backing board--and a royal bitch to break down 
when you need to put the cel away for 
storage/moving/etc.

I heard that Icon USA cel mats were like envelope 
dealies and very easy for in and out displays... 
Anyone bought these things?  What's the maximum 
cel size that fits into them (I know what the 
opening size is) and are they envelope like or 
are the backings they come with seperate?
