If the cel was trimmed in a manner such that the
registration holes and sequence number are gone,
then your cel takes a major hit in the value and
sellability.

Unless you have a matching sketch, few will think
that you have an authentic cel, unless you
yourself are a trusted source(ie you have animator
friends, etc.)
