Prince Surly Idiot Boy (rough translation)

He is a rather serious little prince, as can be 
seen by his expression.  But he also has an 
attitude problem.  Much like that one boy on South 
Park, he constantly likes to give people the 
finger.  Unfortunately, his motor skills prevent 
him from extending his middle finger by itself.  
Hence you have his classic pose, as depicted in 
this sketch.
