I got a black wing layer a while back, and it 
didn't come with a corresponding white layer. I 
think we can assume that most of the wing OP 
auctions didn't come with matching pairs. there 
have been an awful lot of these auctions in the 
past few months, so I'm not sure how many are 
left!

p.s. - would you make a laser copy of your bg for 
me? the best I could do was match mine up with a 
similar unmatching bg.
