I'd call it a service.  How would you like a very 
expensive cel turn out to be chroma?  And thanks to 
those emails the seller amended his description to 
actually tell folks that his "cel" was the freebie included 
with the movie.  I wish that more people looked out for 
others, not just for themselves.  So I say thank you.
