Hi..I wasn't sure to ask but I figure I could 
have try here. I bought two cels from person (I 
won't say name already) and when I recieved 
package it was just sheets of computer white 
paper and not cels. I contacted the seller a 3 
days ago and have recieved no answer. The 
package had tracking number from usps office and 
I paid for the item with money order from the 
grocery. I hate to call the person a rip 
off...but I feel that I was and what can I do? I 
call money order company and was told if there's 
tracking number then they cannot do something? 
Is this true? What can I do? I'm sorry to post 
but I'm just upset about this. I'm sorry for my 
English, I'm not American but in America and so 
is my seller. Grocery store was also not helpful 
to me. And my friend bought as well but was 
using the Paypal company for payment and I think 
she can complain about seller in an email form? 
Should we just give up and say it's a loss for 
us and have aviodance of this seller?
