How many cels are in that sequence you are 
bringing?  I'm building some large backboards to 
display cels, and they may cover the available 
table space.  HOWEVER, we may be able to display 
the entire sequence on one of the boards either at 
the end of the panel or at the gathering (that 
would be cool!).  ^_^
