What IS the best brand of cel bags you have all 
found to be true, and why?

I myself use...heh, I don't know what brand they 
are because they came in Japanese packaging, but 
I bought them from Takashi on eBay.  The kind 
with the self-adhesive strip you peel off and 
then press down.

What would you all recommend be the best?  Do you 
seal your cel bags, or no?  Why/why not?

I myself seal them after making sure the air is 
out (the best I can), because in my mind I 
think "If nothing goes in or out, no damage can 
be done", but now I'm worried.

I did air all my cels out and change all their 
bags a few months ago, too.  I know someone once 
said that's a good thing to do.  It is, right?

Any comments?  Any advice would be appreciated!
