I created a background for my fancel on my 
computer. I figured why not take it to Kinko's 
and have 'em print it out? BIG mistake. Kinko's 
charges you to OPEN your .jpg! And it's no 
measly amount either. I had to go into my LJ to 
find the price (couldn't remember), but it was 
$9 JUST TO OPEN IT! Can you believe that?! 

Here's my advice... print it out on your printer 
(as high in quality as you can get it), take it 
to Kinko's and have it enlarged to 11x17. If 
there's some other mom and pop, small chain, as-
local-as-you-can-get photocopy place, try that 
instead. It's usually the better route to go the 
the smaller places. They have better prices and 
often give better service because they want you 
to come back.
