Have you ever bought a cel that you had no idea 
what series it was from, but the art was so 
beautiful that you wanted it?  I just recieved a 
cel that I think is from an anime called "Cyber 
Angel."  I know nothing about the series, and 
unable to find any information about it...I don't 
even know if this charecter is a guy or a girl!
