Sorry I'm being a question-box lately... :/

As my title says, how often do cels come with 
their original sketch drafts?  I've had a few 
backgrounded A1/END cels come with copied 
layouts, but never with an original.

This cel came with 2 layouts, one being a copy, 
and one being a different, less organized draft.  
The less organized one is the penciled one.

Any help?
