It's a bit premature, but a question for anyone. 
"To bring the cels or not to bring the cels?"  

I'll be attending Anime Expo in California for the
first time this year and wondered how the cel
scene is there.  I know there will be dealers
selling there, but is there any trading going on
between collectors / dealers?  Or even a general
gathering?

I ask because..
 
1. Bringing enormous wads of cash in case of a cel
or multiple cels does not sit well with me. 

2. Most of my cels are framed.  And while they'll
be a bother to take out, I'm considering using
different frames so they'll probably come out
anyways this summer.

3.  Do people trade?  I understand some people's
collection aren't online and I'd feel stupid bring
pictures of my cels or saying.. "Um yeah, why
don't I email you a picture of the cel!"

Anyways suggestions are appreciated.  Thanks!
