I think it's a fan cel, to be honest.

I also thought the possibility of it being a 
hanken for a trading card or a CD, but I used to 
collect FF goods, and I don't believe I ever saw 
one of those.

Don't take my word as being 100% correct, but my 
first guess was fan cel.
