I recently read somewhere that a man stole some 
Sailor Moon cels from the Toei Animation studio 
warehouse. Although this article dated back to 
last year, Sailor Moon ended in 1996 or so, 
didn't it? Does Toei still have Sailor Moon cels 
they aren't releasing to the public? If so then 
why not?
