Did you state a timeframe for when you need to 
be paid by?  If so you can hold her to that OR 
you could ask if she would paypal you at least 
half upfront that way if she ditches out on you 
you can still cover your fees and relisting 
costs.  OR you could just wait it out but if you 
need the funds right away it isn't fair for you 
to have to put off things you need to do for 
her.
