So it might be a love note or a yaoi reference, 
eh?   Hmmmm.

If it was indeed about KoF, then it's probably a 
joke, like, "Tenchi is thinking about this yaoi 
pair."  Might be a reference to how Tenchi is 
surrounded by women but doesn't show any interest. 
 ;-)

Then again, I still like the simple answer that it 
was a note from an animator to a painter.  ^_^
