I sent them an email and I am waiting for their 
answer. It's Easter week-end, so it's normal I 
haven't had any answer yet.
On their site (pdf file of Times article) I read 
somewhere it costs between $200 and $1200 to 
restore a cel ! But they are talking about rare 
1940's Disney cels I guess. It would probably be 
closer to $200 than to $1200 for our cheap and 
simple japanese cels. I have a cel I really 
really want to restore, and will probabaly do it 
even if it costs a few hundredths of $, I'll let 
you know if you want.
