The top one is very familiar.  I believe it is 
from a hentai show I saw once a while back.  
Unfortunately, I fell asleep during it, so I don't 
remember much.  I think that is the best friend of 
the main guy.  I think the friend is rich and 
crazy, and he forces the main character into 
skydiving with him at the end of an episode.  
That's all I remember.

Looking at some titles, perhaps it is "New Angel" 
(since it mentions a skydiving scene).
