Hmmmmmm... Anime Chaos has another cel of that 
character (i believe) in the Misc section, the 
very last page-- and it's right above another 
cel from Shurato.  I haven't seen the entire 
series, but there is something about the designs 
that makes me think that she is from the same 
series as well.  I'll have to check with some of 
the tapes that I have to confirm, but...all of 
my stuff is kinda packed away into one HEAVY 
box...  =P  I am SO in the need of a good 
bookshelf...
