Grrr.  This bidder has also bid on a cel at the 
beginning of April and has not paid me.  He also 
goes to Anime-Beta, so I think I'll go make a 
little post.  =_=

He said he sent cash through the mail... why not 
just use PayPal?  O_o  I don't charge fees to 
anyone or anything.
