I'm surprised that one hasn't given someone a 
seizure somewhere.  What an eyesore.

A year or so ago, I had to disable javascript to 
visit anything on cels.org because the popups 
would actually crash or stall my browser.  It's 
been fine for a long time now, but in the last 
week or so the popups are back.  They don't crash 
anything, but I'm getting TWO per page!  Off goes 
the javascript again.....
