This one has been on hold for nearly two years.  
I get a chuckle every time I see it.

And, even though it's been "on hold" for two 
years, it's still in the "Cels Lottery" as 
the "Win this cel!" cel.

Please understand, I'm not being mean to you.  
The cel is a small, harmless, happy amusement for 
me.  No bad thoughts or feelings.

But I've wondered about it from time to time, and 
this thread caused me to ask....
