Well...this might be kinda cheating...but when I 
bought this cel it was already signed. :)  That 
was one of my biggest reasons for getting it, 
that and Chiho Saito's signature is just so darn 
cute.  Sorry for the bad scan....this was when I 
had just gotten it, and my scanner was 
dying....and the sketch isn't stuck to it, it 
was just in the bag with it. :)
