for those who have been asking, my gallery is
currently down. I was on the phone with yahoo
customer care, and what a bunch of idiots they
are. I ended up listening to elevator music for
15 minutes, then spoke to Rep #1 who froze up and
threw me back to square one. listened to elevator
music, spoke to Rep #2, who put me back to square
one. spoke to Rep #3 who tried to put me back to
square one again, told her I am tired of going in
circles, she claimed she would put me through to
a supervisor, listened to elevator music. *ring
ring* oh look! it's rep #2 again! rep #2 felt bad
for me, told me he'd transfer me direct to
geocities help while he stayed on the line, then
I listened to dead air for about 5 minutes. End
of Call. why do they employ actual people to do
this job? I believe you can program robots to do
the same thing for far less cost.
