Hi, I know there was a recent post on FanCel 
Artists...but I am wondering if there are any in the Bay 
Area in California.

I have a job I would like done, creating parts of a 
character on a cel that are missing.  I want him 
complete, once complete again he will be the pride of 
my art collection.

I have never asked for work to be done before, new at 
this, so I'm not sure how the process goes. But since it's 
not a commissioned work from scratch, but a layer to 
finish off a cell I have, color and size are important, and 
the artist would need to see my original cel.  

So I am looking local. Anyone know any and would 
recoemmend them? or are you a Bay Area Fancel 
artist?
