Ok first off this post is not related to cels, I 
won't pretend that it is. But, I am asking b/c 
the situation resulted b/c of visiting this cels 
forum. Does anyone know HOW to REMOVE the FREE 
SCRATCH CARD pop-up once you accidentally 
accepted the certificate? This is my situation 
and since it was incorrectly accepted I want to 
rid my computer of the annoying popup. On the 
same note, anyone know how to stop ALL the 
senseless popups altogether once and for all (if 
even technically possible)? Thank you.
