I bought my Oburi for the same reason you did -
I was not too nuts about the series but LOVED
the cel!
The background is unmatching. I thought the cel
looked like it needed something to go with it,
so at the last Taro sale I picked out a
background that complemented the hazy sunset
tones of the cel.
