Hey all -
I just got my first cels with a matching
background (!) and I have a few questions (still a
newbie):

1. there are 2 cels that are somewhat stuck
together - is there a safe way of separating them
myself so I can clean the cels of the dirt that
has gathered between them?

2. the two cels are also taped to the background
(this is the way the came from the dealer). 
Should I try and separate the cels from the
painted background, clean off the tape, use
'archival' tape to re-connect them, and reassemble
them back together?  Or should I just leave well
enough alone.

3. should the cels be in direct contact with the
painted background or should they be separated by
cel bag or something to protect the cel and the
background?  

4. just how should I clean the cels?
