If you called his house with no one answering, 
perhaps he got into a real accident?  :/

Check the auction's he's bid on in the past 30 
days and politely contact some of those sellers 
to see if he paid.

I know it's frustrating not to get a timely 
payment, but sometimes things really do happen.  
More than likely, though, he's a backoutter, but 
the sounds of it.
