I ordered a cel from them about two years ago.  
The transaction went smoothly, the cel was in 
good condition with little or no line fading, and 
it came with a matching sketch.  I think they 
bring a lot of their cels to conventions, so if 
you're unsure about ordering online, you can wait 
for an upcoming con in your area.  Their cels 
don't seem to move very quickly so there's a very 
good chance that the cels you have your eye on 
will still be up for grabs.
