Miyu in the bath was in Episode 4 - Reiha has come.  
After Miyu was attacked my leaches the Shinma of the 
day washes her back with healing water.  I'm not at 
home to do a scene ID but that might be a good place 
to start.   BTW incredible cel! I'm green with envy.
