I've never seen the series but I bought this cel 
a few years back because I just love the artwork.

Can anyone tell me if this is an original 
production cel ? or from a game ? is it the 
original background ?

For fans of the series it should be easy because 
this is one of the nicest cels I've found online 
of this series.
