Except I think I lack an overall theme, so I 
guess I technically don't have a collection by 
that definition. ^_^;;

But still, it really depends on what *you* think 
of what you have. I've seen people with websites 
showing their collection of three cels. If it 
works for them, it works for me. ^_^

I've seen people with books full of fantastic 
cels that I wouldn't call "collectors" as quickly 
as I would the person with a half-full cel book 
who is massively enthusiastic about what's in 
that book. ^_^
