I am absolutly sure. I even know exactly from
where this specific copy come and it should never 
have been resold.

And to answer your other question, the studio was 
not anonymous : it was Anisoft and they were 
making cels for real japanese anime. A few years 
ago, they emailed most dealers/collectors they 
could find on internet and offered to make copies 
of cels based on any picture. (I dunno if that 
studio still exist...)
