To all... I'm trying to understand somethings 
I've been reading about cel and genga storage, 
your help is appreciated.

1)Has anyone found rebagging your cels in cel 
bags damages your cels? i.e. the paint gets stuck 
to the bag? 

2)And if there is no damage, can someone clarify 
for me, but doesn't the paint still oxidize 
within the bags? If this is true, then would it 
be better to store the cels between acid free and 
achival quality mats? And even these require 
changing every four years correct?

3)Is the black seperators used in the IOTA (sp) 
binders acid free? Assuming that they are, could 
the cel still get damaged from contacting it?

Lastly
4)Based on your experiences, what method works 
best (and what were the worst) for you to prevent 
damage and presenting your cels? Framing? 
Binders? Portfolios? And why.
