Any attempts I've made in the past 12 hours or 
so to open up an eBay page (any page) has 
resulted in my browser vainly trying to open it 
without success.  I don't get any 404 or 403 or 
DNS errors; the pages are simply trying to open 
but they can't.

If anyone can advise me on what's going or what 
to do, I'll appreciate it.
