Curt is actually getting a lot of new cels into 
Asylum.  I know because I bought a pile of cels 
from him at a convention, most of which he'd only 
recently acquired and hadn't even had time to 
price yet (so he suggested prices on the spot).  
But they're so busy with cons that new cels 
aren't making it onto the site.
